Workforce & Skills - Welding for the Hobbyist

About

Welding for the Hobbyist is designed for the person who needs to occasionally weld functional items or likes to create artwork.  The 20-hour class provides hobbyist welders with the essentials to start welding.  Training covers safety, basic oxyfuel cutting, shielded metal arc welding, gas metal arc welding, and gas tungsten arc welding.  Processes are taught on mild steel.

 

Schedule: Tue & Thurs – 6:00pm to 8:00pm
